My C8, when requesting updates gets the message no updates available. I am on 2.3.9.135 and should be offered .136 - unless that is for C8+ only.
All platform versions are available for all models (of course, with sometimes varying features depending the hardware capabilities).
It seems like your hub may have lost cloud connectivity. Pinging a domain name on the Internet (like cloud.hubitat.com
) from the Network Test page may reveal for sure, or if you have any network misconfiguration on the hub, fixing that or doing a network reset may help. If none of that applies, see if a plain reboot helps.
In addition to what @bertabcd1234 recommended, you can also go to my.hubitat.com and login and see if you see your hub....If you don't it's a network issue on your end.
I had same issue with C8. I did a shutdown, unplugged for few minutes, then once it was back up I was able to get the update.

I have the same issue.
I have 3 hubs on 2.3.9.136 and 1 hub on 2.3.9.135 - no updates available.
Internet connectivity is fine. MyHubitat shows the hub. I have set static Ip address and tried, I've set back to DHCP and tried.... (rebooting each time) - no joy.
Something is stuck.
What is the output from doing this in Network Settings on your hub?
Got it sorted.
Powered off hub for a bit and then restarted and the update was then available.
Pinging and dns resolution were both fine....
