EDIT 2: Im very glad the support Team reached me about this issue and they even went beyond my problem checking in advance my hub was online already!
EDIT: Hopefully it works now! I realized the hub was connected via USB to one of those USB ports of my wall electric multiconnector (bad practice, i know). Now its using a dedicated power adapter with a new USB Cable as recommended.
Hi, my C8 hub was working fine since last March
Today it waked up dead. Already tried to change the power supply and connecting / disconnecting cables from it
Any ideas? Already submit a ticket on Warranty support but i bought the hub away from any reseller listed on the page..kind of worry about this
