Today I found out the none of my automation works and browsing to my C5 (running 2.3.4.153) from my home network failed. I went into the diagnostic tool and reboot, it comes back but said my database is corrupted and need to rebuild.
I went back to the diag tool and downloaded my backups, did a soft reset, restore the DB and the box reboot. But then it never comes back - the LED stays blue. I tried to reboot, power off and unplug for a minute, and do soft reset - nothing works, the LED stays blue after every reboot.
Is there anything else I can do or the box is pretty much toasted? Thanks in advance for any help on this.
Did it have the issue right after updating to v153? There was an issue around that version that was causing this. @support_team has been helping via PM, recovery instructions are not public.
Oh also if you can access diagnostics tool check the date/time from there.
Thanks for the quick reply! Actually before 153 I have already had some issues with the box hanging occasionally and I had to soft reset a couple times before. But this is the first time I couldn't recover even after a soft reset. I updated to 153 about a week ago and it was running fine until today.
The diagnostics tool still works fine and the date/time looks accurate. Is that what I need to check? Sorry this might sound dumb but how do I PM the support team?
