I have this same issue, and have had it for awhile. I'm on the latest Android app, but still use the old one because it is the only way I can access and see some of my dashboards that Actions taken that have not solved this:
- In my Asus Router, I have a static IP assigned to HE (LAN/DHCP Server/"Manually Assigned IP around the DHCP list" and the HE is a selected device.
- On the list of devices connected to the router it also has the HE listed as "MAC and IP Binding".
- The IP address above on the router matches the IP address in HE/Settings/Hub Details
- On the Android, cleared the cache and the data for both HE apps (old & new)
- Rebooted the phone
- Rebooted the HE
- Rebooted the router and the modem for good measure (and because my ISP was doing work on their lines in the n'hood).
