I moved my Hubitat to a different location more central in my house. Do I need to anything like heal/repair the mesh? All of my devices are Z-Wave Plus and seem to work fine at the new location.

No

On a C7, route changes will happen automatically. If you find a switch not working you can repair that individual switch on Zwave settings.
