I've got my new hub up and running and zigbee and z-wave are all moved over. Next is Alexa. Is there a way to seamlessly move Alexa to the new hub?
I don't believe so. I did this back in the first of the year and I just had to rebuild everything. This post by @aaiyar suggest at one time it was doable. I tried this method and could not get it to work, In the thread he mentions it no longer worked for him either. It was a pain, because I have a few Alexa routines and I had to add back all my devices to them once I moved the skill from on hub to another.
