Motion - two minutes to recognize no motion

I have a ring alarm and the hubitat / ring alarm integration working. I am looking to add some motion detectors primarily to turn on lights when motion is detected and turn off lights after 30 minutes of no activity. I think I would like to use the ring motion detectors for this - as they could also be used to trigger an alarm if we are away. I read that the ring motion detectors are quick to detect motion, but can take two minutes to report when motion stops. Is there any reason why a two minute delay in reporting no motion will be an issue?

Shouldn't matter at all especially if you plan to leave the lights on for 30 minutes. In your rule you will have after motion stops keep lights on for 30 minutes so technically they will be on for 32 minutes.
