Looking at your logs I see multiple events when the sensor goes active or inactive. I have the zen40 sensor with the same issues and it seems that the multiple events are confusing the system. I was told that they have a fix for this in ver 2.1.6 of Hubitat but so far I have not seen it available to install. Possibly when this update is released it will solve the issue. Have not heard when they are going release this version but here is a l link to the other post.
