I assume that since you are asking the question, it didn’t work for you?
My recommendation would be to use Basic Rules for something like this.

No, not the way you have it. That's not how to set up the Basic Rule. Use "Motion has stopped and stayed inactive for..."

Is that Motion Lighting, Simple Automation Rules, or Rule Machine?
