Motion Lighting unless button pushed

I have the following automation:

It works just fine. The lights come on at Evening and Night Modes. However, I also have a button in the kitchen in case someone wants to turn the lights on during the DAY mode. How can i set this up so that the button "overrides" this automation during the day and doesn't turn it off after 1 minute? I only want the button push to turn it off if it happens during the DAY mode. Do i need a separate RM rule? OR can i do this with ML somehow?

You can do this with RM or separate ML rule.

You can set up a RM rule (or button controller) to turn the light on from a button press.
In ML there is the option to have a button disable turning off which you would need to make use of.

There is an option to disable off using a button. Use that same button in some other app, like Simple Automation Rules, to turn on the lights.

there is also an option to do it with a switch but it doesnt seem to work correctly. I belive it disables it but is not cancelling any delayed off automations already in progress so the light still turns off
?

Thanks all. I will play around with your suggestions and see what works.

You can also pause and resume a Motion Lighting rule from Rule Machine.

Thanks all for all your suggestions! I went with @at9's suggestion and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much again.
