Motion Lighting Off Only

I know how to use the Motion Lighting app to create a rule to turn lights on and off based on motion, but can I use it if want to only turn lights off (and not on)?

Here’s my rule, but the lights never turn off:

I am assuming the switch you want to turn off is “KT Lights?” If so, it’s in the wrong option, you want to put it in the “Additional switches to turn off when turned off.” That should do it.
