It would greatly help in reducing my automation count.

I would like to have a section where I can assign switches that aren't turned on by the motion, are manually switched on, but would be turned off after the inactive delay automatically.

That option is there already. It's under the Options for Off...

Wait 'Additional Switches to turn off lights'?
If that's it, the wording lead me to believe those assigned switches, manually used, would turn off all the lights in the motion lighting app.

Yes, bad wording. Will fix that. How about: 'Additional switches to turn off when turned off' ??

That'd be a bit more clear, yes.
Maybe as simple as
'Additional switches to turn off'
or
'Additional switches to turn off when inactive'

Another thought, but more general app style, mouse over descriptions.
