Is there a simple way to set the motion lighting app to keep the lights on if the Harmony Hub is on? I know I can do this via RM, but I'm hoping to not have to add additional rules. If I choose the harmony hub under "Switch to Disable Turning off" would that work? Or no?
I think you're looking for this:

Yeah I found that, I just wasnt sure how it worked since there are no options. So if I put something in there, does it basically say don't turn off IF this device is on? Regardless of what that device is?
If the switch you select in that setting is on, the motion lighting app won't turn off the light. It's kind of like a "pause" that keeps the light on as long as that swtich is on.
It can be a real or virtual switch, so you can either use an existing device, or if you wanted to you can create a virtual switch that comes on when certain circumstances are met, or you could turn it on via voice (if you use the Google Home or Alexa integrations).
By the way, can you change your screen name? Makes me hungry every time I see it...
ok thanks, makes sense now. But now you need to make a rule that opens the fridge and throws a waffle at ya any time I post.
