Looks like device 42 is the little brat here possibly screwing everything up! It's the last ghost on the list that I couldn't resolve. Its "neighbor" is part of the rule I was setting up that kept having issues. I couldn't even get the original switch to exclude and had to force remove it. Rebooted the hub and tried removing again to no avail. Looks like I need to buy UZB stick now, learn how to use it, follow some really long instructions, remove that little B of a ghost and after all that is said and done.. hopefully... then exclude the USB stick and toss it in a drawer
