In case anyone is interested I just got a deal alert, from some "slick" place.
This motion sensor is 19.99 w/ free shipping. it uses a CR123 battery, has a 60 second recycle time before motion is detected again and works with Hubitat(really, what doesn't work with Hubitat!), using the built-in generic z-wave motion/temp driver.
Hope this helps someone.
This is a good price, but depending on your use, be aware: I had three of these and returned as many as I could (two) due to them being excessively slow to respond to motion in my experience on SmartThings, Home Assistant, and Hubitat--something not uncommon with Z-Wave sensors, but something that seemed particularly bad with these. However, they do have a temperature sensor built-in (precision to nearest 1 °F), which used to be less common on Z-Wave motion sensors. I've relegated my one remaining sensor to outside, in an unenclosed but reasonably protected porch, where I don't care about super-fast motion sensing and also get a bonus mini weather station out of the deal (and also discovered that, while I think they are only rated down to +5 °F, they report temperature down to a bit below zero I think, then stop--as I discovered during this year's record cold).
Anyway, again, not a bad price, but for just a few dollars more, you can get many Zigbee motion sensors (the new ST motion sensor is $25) and a few other Z-Wave motion sensors that will probably work better. But, of course, most of this is just my opinion (except the general lag--sorry to say that's not), and it depends on how you want to use them.
