Moes - Tuya 4-button scene controller: what am I doing wrong?

Good evening, gang.

Hub: C-8 non-Pro, latest updates installed as of yesterday.

My Situation: I just installed a Moes - Tuya 4-button scene controller. I have the Moes Zigbee Wall With 1/2/3-Gang by Krassimir Kossev package (which didn't get me the "Released" function), and then installed the Tuya Scene Switch TS004F by Krassimir Kosev, and it brought the "Released" function to the Button Controller app.

The Problem: Everyone you see in the screen shot below is working, except for the circled items. Pressing and holding does not cause the lights to go up or down. Pressing and holding does nothing, and if hold too long the device goes into pairing mode.

Also, do I have the right instruction to stop up or down dimming (see fourth column).

Am I misunderstanding how "Held" and "Released" work?

When I use that driver, I do not get anything for held, but then I get a release when I release it.

You can see that happen if you watch the driver page while holding a button, if that is the same thing happening with you.
