This device seems to need a custom driver because while it was detected, there aren't on/off buttons.

Can someone please point me to the driver?

Try changing the device driver to Generic Zigbee Outlet and hit the Configure button the device page.

I am still missing a last state configurable setting however.

You'll need to write a custom driver for that (if the device supports this).

Where does it say that? I was unable to find information indicating this device remembers the last power state on the Amazon page you linked to.

That's not the same product. For one thing, this one maxes out at 10A. The one you linked to on Amazon maxes out at 16A.

Which one do you have?
