Modes Missing After Upgrade to 2.1.5.119

I noticed when I go to create a new motion lighting app its missing some modes. I have a morning and early morning mode that are not listed.

Edit: In fact it looks like its more wide spread of an issue then that. Because in rule machine I also have no option to select those modes.

Something is really going on here because now the modes are completely gone. I went into mode manager and the modes were listed, as soon as I clicked on the modes to edit them they were gone.

Reverting back to 2.14.130 resolves the issue and the missing modes are restored. Anyone else experience this issue with 2.1.5.119?

I have 9 modes and did notice that it took a while for modes to load when I missed a mode change and had to go change it manually. Had a small heart attack, but they all showed up.
