Today at 1245, my mode changed to Away.
I have no triggers to make that happen.
How can I track back to what may have occurred to make the change? (button pushed?)

Have you checked the logs? The only way I know that modes can change is though an event and action triggering it. Or manually changing the mode in the app or dashboard.
