After the 2.0.7 update mode manager has not been setting the mode correctly. here are my configs and logs
I believe that you need to set times for modes to be set on presence. So, your phone arrives at 07:00 AM, it's going to flip through the modes because each one is triggered by your phone arriving.
This is how mine is setup and I've not had any issues with time and mode changes.
