Mode Manager Bug: Doesn't recognize System Time Change

The Mode Manager appears to be using an internal clock and ignoring the system time.

I have 2 additional modes, Dawn and Evening that are sunrise -30 minutes and sunset -30 minutes respectively. After transitioning from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time this morning these modes were both executed an hour early.

And todays System Events...

My guess is that it sets the next runtime around midnight (or some time prior to the Daylight Savings change) which means it should correct itself tomorrow.

Sunset and sunrise issues are notorious when switching from/to DST. Might take a couple days to iron out.

I stopped using sunset and sunrise all together now and drive my mode manager off a lux sensor pointing outside and trigger other rules driven from the mode setting.

Yes, there was a bug with how this was handled. We have tracked it down, and should be good for next transition to/from DST.
