Habitat will not update location unless I open the app. It then updates instantly. Location permission is set to "always allow." Remove unused permissions is off. Activity tracking is on. Geofence option is on. Tried both ways for only update with motion option.
This is with a new Pixel Fold running latest Android 14. My best guess is battery optimization is killing it as Android 14 no longer exposes this permission and the habitat app did not request it when first opening on new install. I could be wrong but willing to try anything. I tried having tasker load habitat at the beginning of my drive but 45 minutes later when arriving home from work, automations didn't fire and location didn't update until I opened the app still. With life360 killing API access I'm 0 for 2 for what I've been using for presence for the last 2 years.
C7 hub, latest released firmware.
