I have a new phone on the way, what nightmares can I expect
After you have installed the Hubitat app, when you link the hub to it, when you reach the “We found existing devices…” screen, be sure to use the same device that you used for your old phone. This will ensure that all notifications, location events from your phone, etc. go to your new phone.
You will also need to update any location devices that are based on your phone’s IP address, unless you have a DHCP and can change it to give the new phone the same address as the old one.

I always like to take an opportunity like this to re-assess what I have setup. Sounds cliched I know, but treat it like a chance to re-imagine and re-discover what options you were not aware of or have come along since you originally setup your mobile.
