I had added my wife to my hub as another admin user with her own email address. When I go into the devices menu I can see both my phone and her phone listed and they look identical. However when I go into a dashboard and and try to add her mobile to a tile its not listed, only my phone is shown. Any ideas ?
Does she need to login to the app to create the Device on the hub?
Did you check the box in the Dashboard child app to show her phone?

Sorry I'm being a little dense but I'm not sure I know where you mean ?
I can see her device (phone) listed in the devices page, but not listed in the devices which can be selected when defining a new tile.

Then, after checking the box for her phone, click update button at the bottom of page, then click done.
