Was trying to figure out why the Android App was not reporting presence to the hub. In addition the hub was not sending notifications to the App.
Found out that I was logged into the mobile app using a guest account. I could access the hub, see all the dashboards, devices etc. The Device Name was correct.
Logged out and logged back in with the admin account using the same Device Name. Then everything started working. Is this the way it should be? Or shouldn't the presence and notifications be tied to the device name?
