I'd like to have a way to tell whether a device that's running the mobile app is powered on or off -- it would be very useful to have a way to exclude devices that are powered off from being used in automations.
The use case I have in mind is for aggregated presence-based rules: I don't want devices that are powered off to affect the aggregated presence result.
