For the last few months im struggling with detection local vs cloud in HE mobile up. When I open dashboards tab its loading … loading … loading. Only when i click on home / house button on top left it loads my dashboards. The problem happens only in local network - no issues connecting from outside. I was hoping that todays app update will fix the problem as it was stated that detection was improved - nothing has changed. Any idea how to fix it?
