Mobile App Device page won’t load platform 2.4.0.143 issue?

I have just migrated from a C8 to a C8 Pro and now my mobile app devices won’t open in the Hubitat interface. Their presence does appear to work, but I cannot open them or delete them. When I click on the device a blank page Opens with no interface whatsoever. Has anyone else experienced this? I just updated to the new platform 2.4.0.143.
This issue is ONLY for the existing mobile app devices that were installed. I can add new ones without issue. Basically, they are now “orphaned” where I cannot modify or delete them.

Can't duplicate. I'm on the same version on a C-8 Pro and I can open both of my mobile app devices.

From your post it's not clear if your last change was the migration from the C-8 or the version upgrade. You said you just did both.

I'm having a similar issue since updating to the new interface on my c7. I can no longer view the device page for at least one of my devices, a generic zigbee outlet. Just shows a blank page. Device still seems to be working.

To clarify, I updated to the latest release version on the old hub immediately before performing the migration. I did not test the old hub to see if this issue existed, so it’s not clear if the issue was the migration or the update.

I simply updated to the latest firmware, no migration.

There is probably a ' character in the device name.
The workaround is to open it in the drawer (not a separate page) for now. Fix is coming in the next build.

The are the devices, just basic iPhones


I suppose the ‘ is the issue (weird because the iPhone auto names devices like this so it would be a very prevalent issue.
If I click on it the page is just blank.
