Missing Hubitat Lutron Intergrator List

Greeting awesome community,

I believe I made a serious mistake. Now, I cannot find the several Lutron integrated devices I have added over the last year or 2.

I have the latest update to my C7, I have the "Pro 2" version of the Lutron hub, I know the drill, add first to Lutron hub, generate the Lutron hub integration report (to get the Lutron IDs), then jump over to Hubitat, then apps, open the Lutron Integrator app. Add device, using correct Lutron ID number. All done successfully over the years. IP addresses on Hub & Lutron correct, no errors in telnet logs.

Here's the problem: I have always used the Interactive method to add; when I add a new device, I can see the older ones I have added. I do know there is the other method of adding: the Config List Method. Also know, if you select that method, there is no going back.

A few days a go, I added one more item, went successful. However, I THINK (def not sure) I hit the toggle to config method. Now, when I enter the Hubitat's Lutron Integrator app, the box area is completely blank, There is no list of my other (already added) integrated devices (see pic of blank box below). Not sure I have the expertise to post pics correctly.
Also, I wouldn't mind if anyone points out a better way to post pics. Thanks.
Finally.. thank you very, very much to our community!

Starting to panic.

And here's some pics of the Hub Lutron Integrator "gear" settings, pages. There is no "file" section, as I saw in someone else's post:

Can you just restore the database to the day before you added the new switch, then re-add it making sure not to flip configuration modes?

Afternoon Good Sir..............
Thank you very much!!
Well, I suppose so. I have never done that before, but I suspect it should not be too difficult.
But....... the devices are all working correctly. It's just the list is not to be found.
Perhaps @bravenel might know if this is expected behavior when one toggles from the one method to the other.

I was thinking you also wanted to preserve the interactive method of adding future devices. And yes the restore process is easy. I have done it quite a few times to correct things I screwed up  The only thing you have to remember is it restores the hub to the way it was at the time the backup was made, so if it was made at 2am when mode was night and you restore it during the day, mode may still be night etc.

Thanks again Brad............ yes, I did like the interactive method, but I'd learn to use the other, IF I knew what happened to the list, & could find it.
Thanks for the vote of confidence on the restore.
Still hoping to maybe not have to go that route yet. I did do a lot of minor changes last few days.

Morning Bruce @bravenel and Bobby @bobbyD ...

Wondering if this is expected behavior, when switching from Interactive mode to Configuration list?

Just don't want to do a restore, if my "list" is "hiding" somewhere.

Thank you very, very much!
Bill

No, the list should have shown up. You can either restore back to a prior version before it vanished, or recreate the list by hand. How many Lutron devices are there? Presumably you know all of their names (in Hubitat) and you know their integration IDs (from Lutron), and what type they are. If you create the list by hand, enter it into the integration app and hit Done, all will still work as expected. The one thing not to do is to remove the integration app, as that would remove all of the devices.

Good Morning Bruce, @bravenel ,
Thanks SO much for your guidance. Just weird that it "disappeared", but all devices still function normally, & no telnet log errors.
I have about 8 Lutron devices I "integrated"; I know their Hubitat names, & their Lutron names. I realize the names do not have to match. Also know the Lutron assigned ID number.
I really appreciate the help, & I know you are super busy. So... a sincere thanks.
How would I create the list by hand? I have a windows computer? Notepad?
And now that I've been "forced over" (by my actions somehow) to Config List mode, I'd have to use the code Ive seen you explain numerous times, correct?
Yhanks again, Bill

You need to know their Hubitat names that you assigned. You can find this from the Devices page. Their Lutron name is irrelevant. You will want the Label, the name that shows in the list.

Each entry in the list looks like this:

No spaces in each entry (after commas): the code, the integration id, the Hubitat name (can have spaces in it).

Excellent Bruce, @bravenel ........

Again, thanks. Also heavily appreciate your work towards the new Room Lighting app.

Will give that a go, typing it it. Will let u know, hoping somehow it may help the next person here.
Have a great day!
Bill

The integration ID shows up under the label name assigned when you list your devices. You can list the devices and put Lutron in the search box - that will get you the data you need to recreate your list.

(Mine's slightly more complicated in that I have two Lutron Caseta Pro Bridges)

Eric @Eric.C.Miller .......
Thanks for the assist! (again  )
I'm going to try Bruce's idea of re-typing. Hope that goes OK. The devices are functioning perfect, right now.
Guess I will try and use Windows' "notepad" app to pre-type the lines in.
Thanks again for your time, Eric!
Bill

Notepad should do just fine for this.

Excellent, thanks again!

Download a backup of your hub before hitting Done in the integration app. That way, it's easy to go back if need be.

Sage advice from Bruce.

Bruce... @bravenel ....
Excellent, great, will do.
Again.. thanks!
Bill

Afternoon Bruce @bravenel

Thank you.
The update.... appears to have implemented successfully.
I was concerned just re-typing in a "new" list might break the existing integrated devices, or create duplicate ones. But all existing devices seems to be working fine.
The list now appears. Great.
Just wondering where it might have disappeared to, but problem solved.
I did use Windows "Notepad" app to create the new list.
Also want to thank the folks that jumped in & offered valuable help.
Thanks also to: @brad5 & @Eric.C.Miller
