Is there a reason we can export/import motion, rule machine but not notification or simple automation rules?

I would like to also suggest that if we are able to select multiple RM Rules/Motion apps... for export then give us something more usable such as unique json files or a zip file containing all exported json files.
The .txt output means everything would be re-imported rather than individual files if so desired
