Using Groups and Scenes and I’m not seeing all my devices? What am I doing wrong? Identical devices. Some show up. One doesn’t? (Master Floor is missing)
Click the "refresh device lists" button you see at the bottom of the second screenshot.

Thanks! That did it. I should have been able to figure that out on my own, sorry. I was thinking that since I had added that new device much more recently than the last time I'd visited this dialog for this Group that I didn't need to refresh. Live and learn. Thank again.
