Just had a Minoston MP21Z plug-in switch crap out. Dead. No LED. Won't respond the factory reset or Include/Exclude keypresses. And of course, created a ghost.
I Purchased this June '22 so I'm hopeful it will be still under warranty. This is the only Minoston Z-Wave device I have. Just wondering if this brand has reliability issues with anyone else.
I have 5 MP21Z, an MP21ZD, an MP22ZP, and 14 (yes, that many) MP22Z plugs. Not a single problem with the oldest devices being from 2021 (not exactly sure for all, but Amazon shows I bought the ZD then at least but I am pretty sure I got a couple 21Z before that I thought).
But stuff happens. Give them a shout and let us know how responsive they are.

Others have reported pulling too much power through a smart plug, can fry it. Like a shop-vac or a portable heater
They responded with email is less than 24 hours. They gave some multi-click button things to try (like doing a factory reset 3 times and it came back to life. So all is well now.
