Minoston MP21ZD pilot light parameter question

Setting the Table: Minoston MP21ZD dimmer plug has this really bright blue light. They come from the factory with the blue light on when the dimmer is off, and off when the dimmer is feeding power to a lamp. Minoston’s instruction sheet says this status can be changed, but provides no means of doing so. I searched and found this information:

The Problem: There is no place called Configuration Parameters, nor is there one called Device Settings. All I see is one called Preferences

… and another called Device Info

If there’s is a place to set Parameters I am not seeing it. I have the Type set to what the Z-Wave Setup found. I rooted and pawed around on the other pages and found nothing.

Any ideas? As usual, thanks to all of you in advance.

I think you want to temporarily change the device to something like basic Z wave driver. Make the parameter change. Then go back to the original driver.

Tried several generic z-wave devices that made sense. No luck,
