Minor dashboard layout issue

I believe since 2.2.9, when trying to select text in dashboard/advanced/layout, it drags entire window and unable to highlight text to edit. All the others work fine.

It is a known bug. There is a workaround. CSS copy/paste - #2 by neonturbo

Thanks.. I was already using copy/paste method as a workaround.
