For anyone else reading this two more contributions (one incompatible, one compatible).
Philips apparently doesn't make bulbs that are compatible. I submitted a ticket to Inovelli with a link to the bad bulbs (and a link to a good bulb) for candelabra fixtures. Hopefully, someone else could use that information as well.
