I disabled the LAN/cloud apps per the Migration guide. When I attempt to "Create a cloud backup for C-8 Pro migration" on the old hub, it says "Backup completed successfully." however nothing shows up under "Cloud backups".
Even after I (a) Reload entitlements, (b) Reload now under Missing cloud backups? and (c) Reboot the hub and perform all of these steps again (create cloud backup, reload entitlements, reload now). It just shows no migration ready backups (and actually no cloud backups at all). I'm not using Hub Protect.
Thanks for the quick response! I double checked the new hub and it shows no cloud backups. I thought that Hub Protect isn't required to create a migration backup?
Correct; I was only talking about it showing up as a cloud backup on the original hub.
As for you problem, that is odd. I'd make sure you're on the latest platform version (looks like you are), don't have any misconfigured network settings (especially DNS; a network reset might help if you want all default network settings), and see if a reboot helps if you haven't already.
Ahh ok thanks for clarifying! I'm normally on DCHP with lease reservations but I also manually added 1.1.1.1 to DNS to see if that would help, And I used Reboot from Settings as well with no luck. Very strange indeed!
