I had a C7 Hub at my summer house fail. It was protected by hub protect and cloud backup. It was not a defect (my hub was overheated massively by an HVAC failure) so I bought a new one. Now I can't access the backups from my old hub to restore it. Help!

Fist, make sure that they both are registered with the same account. If they are, and the old hub had Hub Protect active and the cloud backup was set up, then you should see the cloud backups with a "Migrate" button next to them on the Backup and Restore page.
I realized now that I had never enabled cloud backups! So now I guess I'm reenrolling everything from scratch. Lesson learned on my part.
