Instead of Mi Connector, use the raspberry pi to set up a home assistant instance, then pair the fryer to home assistant using this community integration GitHub - tsunglung/XiaomiAirFryer: Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer integration for Home Assistant and then set up the wonderful Home Assistant Device Bridge in Hubitat to control the device from hubitat.
