Message to phone is broken

i have logged out and back in..
turned on debugging on my phone device it says i am present and also shows the last message i send.. I send one and nothing shows up on the phone. Also nothing in the debug logs relating to the message, but i do see the commends about enabling debugging output.

any ideas.. should i email support

not sure what was wrong. logging out and reselecting phone didnt work.. i actually had to delete and reinstall the android app to get it working again.
