Hubitat C7 controlling GE Enbrighten zwave wall switch. Then wifi motion sensor controlled by smartlife and google home. Now that there is "matter", can I have the motion sensor turning on the swith?
If it is a matter motion sensor, yes.

As mentioned above, yes, but you'll have to add it to Hubitat first (well, or add the Hubitat switch to GH and create the automation there, but I assume you're here because you want the extra power of Hubitat, a cloud-free automation and the reliabiltiy and low latency it should provide, and other advantages -- and because you asked about Matter, which doesn't change anything going that way).
