Same here for a KP125M with firmware 1.2.5 Build 241213 Rel. 172504 using the Generic Matter Outlet system driver on HE 2.4.4.135.
EDIT: looks like power reporting over Matter isn't supported for this plug yet, as per this recent post on the TP-Link forum
