Do you have to have a Google home or alexa to integrate and control matter thread devices. I have smartblinds/weffort blinds with matter motor. When I try to add device it gives a code 45.

A quick search reveals that these are Matter over Thread. Therefore, you need a Thread Border Router somewhere on your network. As mentioned above, certain Google Home or Alexa devices or others you might already have may be one already, otherwise it's something you can add. If you do, make sure you use the other system to commission the device first (get it on your Thread network), then share/pair/etc. it with Hubitat using the options your other system may offer, since you won't be able to do the initial step entirely from Hubitat.
