I made a mistake in the backup page and disallowed showing the backup dialog.
How can I get it back?

Even a soft reset with no restore wouldn't bring back the capability to delete local backup files!
There has to be a way!
(This is on a 'development' C-7 hub).

Restarting the browser seemed to help.
