I'm newbe, just bought Hubitat C8 Pro.
Created machine rules to open the shade which set to %level on the Sunrise ( trigger event), but some of the shade open to 100% level, and some of them did not do anything!
Please help, did I have missed something?

If you join the hub Owners group here in the community, then you'll be able to post images (and PM other users etc). These things are otherwise restricted on new accounts as a spam/bot mitigation tool.
Then posting a screenshot of your current rule build here will help others suggest any improvements.
Also, do all of the shades respond to commands OK when you initaite them from each shade's own Device page?
If you have other z-wave devices too, are they all working OK?

I had 13 Z wave shades and 2 draperies.
Some of them missed trigger event, some of them open correct setting %level and some of them open to 100% level. Summary only 20% of my shades executed correctly.
As like a screenshot, I setup it will open the shade to 8%, but it open all the way up to 100%
