Lutron Serena Shades Error

OK, how about doing the same thing after doing Set Position. Like Set Position to 50.

Tried that. No change.

we've got this sorted now, it will be in the 2.1.4 platform release.

Awesome! Thanks

@mike.maxwell @bravenel
I updated to 2.1.4 and am seeing the same error with my shades. I even deleted the device and had the lutron integrator recreate it. same java error pops up in the logs.

hrumph..., from the driver do a setPosition 50, then post a screen shot of the current states as well as state variables...

Not much there

Same error in the live logs after issuing that command?
Nm, you already said it was the same error.
I was able to completly duplicate the error you had and the update I made fixed it, so no idea what's going on now...

the release notes seem to indicate its an issue with newly added blinds. is there a sequence I should try to add it or anything?

No, I'll have to futz with it to see if I can duplicate the issue.
If you don't mind posting the error again, it may be slightly different then the last one.

that was after pressing “calibrate”

I was interested in the results of setPosition 50

set position 50:

Thanks!

Can you click refresh in the driver and let me know if there's an error in the logs?

Yes:

some improvement! when I press refresh, it now refreshes and doesn’t throw any errors. open, close, and set position all give errors, but it appears to be a different error.

@mike.maxwell I am now getting these errors on ALL my Lutron shades.

I just updated to 2.1.4.121 and all my Rules using shades started failing.

It's very frustrating because these have been working perfectly for over a year.

The lady of the house is starting to notice, and I certainly don't want her upset/complaining. Especially because she is very skeptical of the whole smart home concept.

Jesh, not my day with Lutron...
Working on it

2.1.4.122 fixing this will be out in about 5-10 minutes...

seems to be working great. It was still throwing the error until I calibrated each shade. once I did that, it now works as it should.

thanks for your hard work!
