I’ve had a Lutron Select RA2 lighting system installed; I’ve managed to integrate a few picos and can access the dimmers via Hubitat in one room. This wasn’t entirely problem free - I’m not sure how I got it working, I removed and added several times, I noticed that if I didn’t set a level value first in the hubitat interface, i couldn’t turn on and off fand I must have re-added and deleted quite a few times.
Im not sure what combination of things got it working but I’m now trying to add dimmers in another room… but performing on/off/ set level does nothing and i’m pulling my hair out:
The entries with a last updated date time relate to the room / devices that are working, the entries without e.g. ID 15 aren’t working…
Any clues what could be going wrong?
Thanks in advance,
D

Toggling the lights in the lutron app…. received by Hubitat..
So, I’m creating a new RA2 integration per room and this seems to be working.. puzzled
Turn on logging for the Lutron Telnet device. When you hit Done in the Lutron Integration app it will essentially ask each Lutron device for its current state. You should be able to see this activity in the logs for Lutron Telnet. After that each device should have its current state. What happens when you turn on one of those devices from its device page?
There is no need to put in multiple Lutron Integration instances. Show the logs of Lutron Telnet right after you hit Done in the Lutron Integration app. Screenshot please, not copy paste.

Thanks for the reply Bruce. As I got things working by setting up multiple integrations - I was wandering if I can now collapse these into one without needing to recreate all the device?
Are there any downsides to having multiple ? It’s providing a sensible grouping of the config by room
"If it ain't broke don't fix it!" There really isn't any 'config' going on here wrt rooms. Were it me, I'd put them all in a single instance (I have 180+ integrated Lutron devices).
With my setup have I got 4 instances of the app listening for events ? Or once the virtual devices are created is it the devices that are listening ?
It's each instance. So you have 4 open telnet connections.
