The Hue will integrate easily. I have the Lutron Bridge and I let it handle all those. Ecobee is easy since it just uses your web account. Nothing to setup. Sensors are easy, open them up and use the intrusion button to exclude and then include them and then put them together again. My siren was the hardest because of where It was attached. I mostly use Z-Wave Plus since it also does self reconfiguration unlike Z-Wave. No net management is needed. My automation are mostly time or sensor or remote triggered. Some stuff was trick to set-up. I also have to set-up some rules twice ot three times since dimmers and switches are treated differently. I was able to get the Cree bulbs on the Hubitat and same for the Connected Bulb Remote but the Hubitat does not recognize it as a remote. Looks like I need to hunt down some ST code like works with the WeMo switch I have left over. I did the same for my MyQ garage opener. I would consider buying Pico remotes in bulk. So far, the hardest item I have had to deal with is Z-Wave switches. They are not doing a factory reset.
