Lutron Caséta and LEAP

If Hubitat supported LEAP, all the people with non-pro Caséta hubs could use HE automation without upgrading to a pro hub (not to mention RadioRA 3). I just installed this program which lets me control Caséta via LEAP. If an individual can write this, surely Hubitat could do it.

I don’t think the calculus is quite that simple for the staff, as stewards of a commercially available automation hub for home consumers. Could they? Probably. Should they? Different question.

I believe Lutron’s LEAP protocol is currently undocumented. What would Hubitat staff do if Lutron decided to change something about the protocol, thus introducing a breaking change that immediately renders an integration non-functional?

Hubitat staff has talked about doing leap but right now there are other things on the board that have to be taken care of so it's a bit down on the list.
