Lutron 4-button pico broken in 12.8.0

I think this belongs here, as a problem with the built-in "Lutron Integrator" app.

In the latest Lutron OS revision (12.8.0), the PJ2-4B-GWH-L31 pico keypad (4 Button Scene with Light Icon) no longer returns the values "1", "2", "3", and "4" for the four buttons - it now returns "8", "9", "10", and "11". There does not appear to be a way to change this offset in the RadioRa 2 software.

This breaks everything using this keypad. The Integrator shows the expected log line, like "rcvd DEVICE,##,8,3" (button 8 pressed), but the "out-of-range" button value isn't passed through to the device as an event, even if you set up the device as having 11 buttons.

Thanks, @ogiewon .

I should note that if you have a Rule set up to respond to buttons 8-11, entering those numbers in the Push and Release commands on the device page works just fine.

There are mappings built in for button numbers from various devices. Are you sure that this device changed with the Lutron release? You are correct that these are not changeable on the Lutron side. What app are you getting these errors from? Lutron Integrator is just the parent app of Lutron Integration, and others.

Which device are you referring to? Which driver are you using for it? Please show its Events page. How do you have this device defined in the Lutron Integration app?

Make sure that the 4 button pico is set in the Hubitat Pico device page. The 8, 9, 10, 11 mapping predates 12.8.

The current integration guide is from April 2020. Page 115 shows the mapping.

Sorry for the premature panic - restarting the Lutron Integrator app a couple of times fixed the problem.
