I have a C-8 Hub and have had issues for the last 3-4 months with most of my battery powered LR-Wave devices failing to report for several days after doing a Platform Update, doing a Reboot, or doing a shutdown for some reason. To fix this, I had to manually wake the non-reporting devices (I have a total of 18 and typical 10-15 would stop reporting for days....was not always the same device each time). Then all devices would report fine until another reboot or shutdown of the hub.
I finally got fed up with this performed a Exclude and then Re-Include of all 18 Battery powered devices. I took 4 days to work through all 18.
This seemed to work well and on the last day went to sleep several hours after just re-including the final 4, seeing that nearly all were reporting regularly, and doing a full cloud back-up. Everything looked great.
In the morning, there were two LR-Zwave ghost nodes (see attached pic ending in 0260) that popped up. I tried to refresh them, and they actually refreshed (my hope was they would be removed or show a method to remove). I then shutdown the hub per the instructions and restarted the hub.
When boot up was finished, the Z-Wave Details page no longer showed the LR-Zwave ghost nodes but it also did not show any of the total 22 LR-Zwave devices (18 Battery, 4 Line Powered). However, the LR-Zwave devices would still function and were listed as Devices.
I also noticed that my Mesh was messed up in that 12 of my battery powered devices now showed as a line-powered devices (had the Repair below the Reset) and 8 of my line-powered devices now showed as battery powered (showed Repair only).
Decided to restore the final cloud back-up that I made when everything looked perfect (used the restore Z-Wave Radio, and file manager selection....I do not have any Zigbee. Unfortunately, this did not change anything on the ZWave Mesh or bring back the view of the LR-Zwave. Tried to do this at least 3 times...no improvement.
I have now worked about 24 total hours Excluding and Re-Including 20 Mesh ZWave devices along with getting them placed back into Webcore Pistons, Dashboards, or other Automation. Everything seems great on the ZWave Mesh.
However, my LR-ZWave devices do not show up on the ZWave details page but all of them work and report.
How do I regain the ability to view my 22 LR-ZWave devices on the ZWave details page.
